The following terms and conditions (Terms) apply to all users (You or Your) of Holy Cross Junior Rugby League media website or application. By using Holy Cross Junior Rugby League's Website, You agree to comply with these Terms.

Auction Rules & Process
To maximise fundraising opportunities while recognising those attending the Sports Lovers Lunch, the auction will be conducted in two stages:
Stage 1 – Online Silent Auction
The online silent auction is open to all supporters.
Bidding will remain open until 2.20pm on the day of the Sports Lovers Lunch.
The highest online bid at 2.20pm will become the leading bid for the item.
Stage 2 – Exclusive Live Auction Finale
Following the close of the online auction, a live auction will be conducted exclusively for attendees of the Sports Lovers Lunch.
The highest online bid will be announced as the opening bid for the live auction.
Sports Lovers Lunch attendees will have the opportunity to place higher bids during the live auction.
Determining the Winning Bidder
If no attendee places a higher bid during the live auction, the highest online bidder will be declared the winner.
If an attendee places a higher bid during the live auction, they will become the leading bidder.
Once the live auction concludes, the highest bid received across both stages will be deemed the winning bid.
Additional Information
All bids are final and cannot be withdrawn.
Winning bidders will be contacted following the event to arrange payment and prize collection.
The Holy Cross Rhinos reserve the right to verify bids and resolve any disputes at their sole discretion.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy
You are not eligible for any Refund, Exchange / Return across all different items purchased and it is up to the Management's discretion to consider doing a Refund, Exchange / Return. This includes things such as event and ticket sales, memberships, auction items and merchandise.
Exchanges / Returns
We are happy to look at exchanges on full price merchandise sales within 7 days of order completion.
To exchange items, send your items back to us. We are unable to offer exchanges on game days.
We cannot accept exchanges on sale items, memorabilia or personalised products.
We are only able to look to offer exchanges for faulty items and to be able to exchange items, they must be in as bought condition, with swing tags, boxes, packaging etc.
How to return a product for exchange
Our team is unable to review items over the phone. Products need to be returned back to us in person.
